<br><DIV class=desc_detail>At the end of the course the delegates will:-<BR>• Be able to describe the responsibilities of an internal auditor and describe the role of an internal audit in the maintenance and improvement of management systems.<BR>• Have undergone training recognised by the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) for persons wishing to become Internal Auditors.<BR>• Be abe to describe with reference to the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle and the Model of a Process-based Quality Management System, the purpose and structure of ISO 9001:2000.<BR>• Be able to plan, conduct and report an internal audit of part of the quality management system with ISO 19011.<BR><BR&amp
