DANA BRINE - GLYCOL CHILLERS/LIQUIFIERS- INDIA/UAE

Brine Chillers are used for producing & maintaining Chilled Brine through Refrigeration Process. Brine is a Thermal Fluid, which is a Liquid or a Mixture of Liquid with Plain Water, which remains in Liquid State even in Sub-zero Temperatures without Freezing. The glycol chillers, brine chillers, air cooled brine chillers, water cooled brine chillers and liquifiers offered by Reynold are tailor made, Specially manufactured suiting the customer requirement. Reynold offers these low temperature Glycol / Brine upto an operating temperature of (-) 50�C for which compressors can be single stage open type / double stage open type / double stage semi hermetic / single stage screw depending on the size and the temperature requirement of the customer. For very low temperature application even Cascade systems are used for quick cooling. The material of construction is selected carefully depending on the application temperature and special alloys steel is used for ultra lower temperature application. These chillers can be air-cooled or water-cooled depending on the customer requirement. Salient Features

1. Brine Chillers upto 30TR Capacity are offered with Air-cooled or Water-cooled Condensor System Options, while higher Capacities are designed with Water-cooled Condensor Systems.
2. Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers can be used as Primary Chillers as well as Secondary Heat Exchangers
3. For Brine Temperatures beyond minus 10�C, Seal-less Canned Motor Pumps can be offered
4. Pressure Boost-up Provisions can be added if application demands
5. Corrosion Resistant Materials like SS, Titanium and Nickel can be offered if application demands
6. Expansion Vessels can be offered for Refrigerants when used as Brines
7. PLC based Automation and Integration can be offered if specified
8. All Systems are offered as Factory Built Packages with minimal On-site Jobs
9. These chillers are rated for an ambient of (+) 480C and various operating voltages which are :
