RIAC is an investment company based in Bondo Town (1 hour from Kisumu) that focuses on Real Estate. We currently focus on serving those interested in investing in Kisumu, Kakamega, Eldoret and generally the greater Western Kenya Region – offering services in 4 main areas: Land Sales, Conveyancing, Property Management and Construction Management (Contractor). Our primary focus is Real Estate, and these four areas allow us to offer our clients a one-stop shop for their land-related investments – being particularly useful to individuals that may work in a different part of the country from where they are setting up their home or commercial building (or diaspora). We’re involved from the outset when a client comes to us seeking a parcel to settle or develop on. We handle the title processing from the beginning (sometimes from as far back as doing land succession processing) to getting the title in said client’s name. Afterward, should the client be interested, we take up the fundamental property set up by handling small contracts like security/fencing and getting started on landscaping. We also have an in-house team that can then handle design, contracting, and construction of the home or commercial building that the client may wish put up. As a final touch, we can take up the property management of the completed building to help maximize returns.
