HREEGEE acoustic panels are manufactured from 2" x 10" panels (4 “,
6" or 8" thick) and an Hbeam structure of variable width, depending on
the application. Angle irons allow the panels to be attached to the
structure. The entire structure is then screwed together to provide
great mechanical resistance.
Acoustic panels consist of a sandwich panel using an exterior sheet of 18/16 swg. galvanized steel, absorbent rock fibre wool with a density varying (depending on the application) between 2.5 (standard) and 6 lb/ft³ and a 22 swg. perforated galvanized steel sheet. . Several internal reinforcements are installed every 16” to give the panel incredible mechanical resistance. They also can be coated with any desired colour or weather proof coatings.
