Roger Industries Ltd. (Formerly Roger Exports) was established in the year 1979. This firm was setup with the basic idea of Exports of Leather Shoe Uppers under the guidance of its Proprietor Mr. Kulbir Singh and his wife Mrs. Dalbir Kaur who had spent 5 years in West Germany and had worked in a Shoe Factory and gained the production experience in footwear technology in Germany itself. These practical experiences have helped them in a big way to setup a Shoe Upper Unit in Agra where they started with a very small Shoe Upper Unit with the production of 50 pairs per day. Gradually the production was increased as demand went up. Roger rose to success with keeping in mind the High Quality Standards of the German buyers
